Ron Kachuriak and Gary Ferraco both entered the window business in the early 1980's with
Three Rivers Aluminum Co. Both soon acquired expertise in the architectural and commercial
markets and spent 10 years with Graham Architectural Products specializing in direct
architectural sales. Ron served Graham as a Regional Manager, Division Manager, and Vice
President of Sales during his tenure. Gary served in a Regional Manager capacity. It was
at Graham where Gary and Ron were united with Tom Wicke who provided the field and project
engineering services. Tom began his career in the window business in the early 1970's with
Interlake Window Industries as Chief Engineer and spent 14 years with Graham in his field
engineering capacity. In 1990, Holly McIlree joined the team. In 1992, the four accepted
an offer from EFCO Corporation to open a division office in Pittsburgh to represent them as
the premier window, curtain wall and entrance manufacturer in the industry and to cultivate
a market where EFCO had done little business. After serving EFCO as employees until 1998,
Architectural Products Corporation (APCO) was founded to independently represent EFCO's window,
curtain wall, and entrance systems as well as the other related product lines which are
utilized to fully service the architectural fenestration industry. In 2003, upon graduation
from the University of Delaware, Chris Kachuriak joined APCO in a sales/engineer capacity.
